Are Returns Accepted?
We are proud to offer a money-back guarantee on our product! If you are not completely satisfied with your order of UNDOO Softgels, please send us an email at support@undoo.com within 30 days of purchase and a customer service representative will be in touch with you to resolve your issue. Note: no claim is being made, simply a guarantee that if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may contact for a refund.
 
We will refund the product amount, less shipping & handling. Only one “opened” product is eligible for return, however, if you are returning multiple packets, you may return one “opened” packet along with the other packets that are still factory sealed for a refund. All returns shall be mailed to:

If you are returning a product for a refund, you (the customer) are responsible for the cost of returning the product back to UNDOO. We are unable to reimburse the original shipping and handling fees but will refund the cost of the product.

When will I get my refund?
Usually in about 2-3 weeks. However, most refunds are fully refunded in 3-5 days after we receive and process your return.

Does UNDOO offer replacements and exchanges?
Yes, if you received a damaged or defective item, we’ll ship you a replacement of the exact item.

Will my shipping costs be refunded?
No. We will not refund the amount of shipping paid when ordering the item. If, however you request a replacement or exchange, we will cover the return shipping, and the cost of sending the replacement item to you.
